Shipments and returns

We ship worldwide. Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via An post.  During the payment process you have the option of choosing Fastway, Standard Post, Registered or Express. Please note that if you choose Standard Post there is no tracking and Alila are not responsible for anything that happens the shipment once it has been posted.  We recommend you choose Fastway or Registered Post as it can be tracked and you have to sign for it upon delivery.  If you need your delivery by the next day we recommend Express delivery. Please note we will need the order to be made by 2pm on the day of order to get next day delivery. Express Post offers you a guaranteed next working day delivery within theRepublic of Ireland so please note that Express Post orders placed on Friday's before 2pm will be delivered by the following Monday and Express Post orders placed on Saturday's or Sundays will be shipped on the following Monday for next day delivery.

If you place your order by midday and choose Fastway we endeavour to guarantee next day delivery in Ireland.  Otherwise it is 2 day delivery.  Orders placed after midday will be delivered either next working day or the day after.  

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

All Shipping fees are non-refundable.
