Returns Policy

Should you wish to return or exchange your purchase from www.alila.ie you must follow the below guidelines:

 

Ensure that the item being returned is in perfect condition with all tags and labels attached and there must be no marks on the items or any signs of wear on the tags this includes the item being washed, dry cleaned, altered, worn or damaged.  Failure to do so will result in no refund or credit.  Returns that are damaged, soiled, used, worn, washed, cleaned, marked, altered, or have a odour such as cigarette smoke or perfume/deodorant will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.  We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.

 

Obtain a Return Authorisation Code by contacting info@alila.ie with "WEBSITE RETURNS" in the Subject box and return to us within 7 days of receipt of your order.  You may also call us during opening hours on 01-6799547  to obtain and RA code when possible.  Post the item you wish to return together with the completed Return Authorisation Code to:

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we would advise you to send it by registered mail or any postage that requires signing upon delivery and that can be tracked.  Alila holds no responsibility for items sent by standard post that get lost.

The cost of returning the item to us is also your responsibility.

We will issue you a refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt of the return in the condition it was dispatched in or exchange the item for a different size or colour if preferred. However, all Jewellery and Accessories are non-returnable or exchangeable. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Sales Item

If you wish to return a sale item purchased from www.alila.ie the same process and conditions apply as stated above.  However, we can only issue you online store credit on sale items.

 

Faulty Item

If the item you received is faulty, please contact info@alila.ie quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 7 days from date of purchase to return the faulty item to us.

 

I received the wrong item

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact info@alila.iequoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

 

Discount codes & vouchers

If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.

Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.  All returned items that were paid for with a gift card will be refunded as a store credit to your www.Alila.ie account for you to use against a future purchase. If you return an item paid by both gift card and credit card, you will be refunded on your credit card up to the amount of your initial card payment and the remaining amount will be refunded as credit for www.Alila.ie.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Shoes

All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles or insoles will not be accepted, refunded, or credited and will be sent back to the customer.
